Climate is tied to almost every issue affecting communities.

Who’s more vulnerable to climate change than someone who’s unhoused or can’t get fresh food? How can we align with nature to build a stronger neighborhood?

When values-aligned organizations work together to further climate justice, we make the most meaningful difference for communities.

I’ve dedicated my career to infusing environmental plans, programs, and policies with inclusive decision-making and a focus on equitable access—promoting healthy communities and a better future.

I’d love to partner with your organization.

Why MK Corona?

Like my work, the name is both personal and technical. Corona is a family name, inherited from my bracero grandparent — one of many Mexican workers who crossed a river and bridged cultures in the face of adversity.

A "stellar corona" is also the the outermost part of star — usually hidden, it can only be seen during a total solar eclipse. I hope that this Corona, my climate justice practice, will also be a bridge and a reminder — the light is always there.

Could your organization benefit from an experienced climate advisor?
